Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Glow Skin AI, operated by ONE PRO WEB LLC.

Important: No Refunds Policy

We do not provide refunds for subscription payments. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for that period. This is why we offer a 3-day free trial — so you can try the app before committing.

1. Subscription Plans

Glow Skin AI offers two Premium subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Yearly Plan: $79.99 per year, billed annually (save 33% — just $6.67/month).

Both plans include all Premium features and start with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

2. Free Trial

2.1 How the Trial Works

  • New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all Premium features.
  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you will be charged.

2.2 Trial Limitations

  • The free trial is available once per user.
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
  • If you previously had a subscription, you may not be eligible for another trial.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings:

On iPhone/iPad (iOS):

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap Glow Skin AI.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find Glow Skin AI and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

3.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access continues: You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future charges: You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • No refund: You will not receive a refund for the current period you already paid for.
  • Data preserved: Your scan history, saved products, and data remain in your account.

3.3 Example

If you subscribed on August 1st for a monthly plan and cancel on August 15th:

  • You keep Premium access until August 31st (end of billing period).
  • You will not be charged on September 1st.
  • You will not receive a refund for August.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for subscription payments. This includes:

  • Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
  • Refunds because you forgot to cancel before the trial ended.
  • Refunds because you changed your mind after subscribing.
  • Refunds because you forgot about your subscription.
  • Refunds because you are unsatisfied with AI analysis results.

4.2 Why No Refunds?

We offer a generous 3-day free trial specifically so you can:

  • Test all Premium features before paying.
  • Decide if the app meets your needs.
  • Cancel without any charge if it's not right for you.

The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the app risk-free. After the trial, we expect that you've made an informed decision to subscribe.

4.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in very limited circumstances, such as:

  • Unauthorized charges: If someone made a purchase without your permission.
  • Technical errors: If you were charged due to a system error on our end.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same period.

In these cases, contact us at billing@glowskin-ai.com with your account email and purchase details. Even in these cases, refunds are processed through Apple or Google, not directly by us.

4.4 App Store Refund Requests

Apple and Google have their own refund policies. You may attempt to request a refund directly from them:

We cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve refund requests, as they have their own policies and criteria.

5. Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • After renewal, the new period is non-refundable.

6. Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices with advance notice.
  • Price changes apply to your next renewal, not your current period.
  • If you disagree with a price change, cancel before your next renewal.

7. Account Deletion

Important: Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription.

  • You must cancel your subscription through the App Store or Play Store BEFORE deleting your account.
  • If you delete your account while subscribed, you will continue to be charged until you cancel through your app store settings.
  • We cannot cancel subscriptions or process refunds for users who deleted their accounts without first cancelling.

8. Regional Consumer Rights

Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived:

  • European Union: EU consumer law may provide cooling-off periods for digital purchases.
  • Australia: Australian Consumer Law provides certain guarantees.
  • Other jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws may apply.
